Spring is [Finally] in Session

April 27, 2018

It’s about time spring decided to show up! It may not have been the worst winter, but it was definitely the longest winter. The Red Sox are back, the weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer.

What can you do this spring in the city? Boston has so much to offer and we’ve made a list of some things you can do this time of year.

Kayak on the Charles River (Or Walk Along it)

One of the best views of the skyline is from the Charles River. Around May is when the kayaks are back on the river (weather permitting of course).  Rent a kayak and see the view for yourself! It’s a great activity for a warm spring day. If kayaking isn’t your thing, you can take a stroll on the Esplanade alongside the river. Take a break on your walk to watch the sailboats on the water.

Fenway Park Tours:

We all know that Fenway Park is America’s Most Beloved Park, which is all the more reason to get a full tour of the park, when it’s not filled with pretzels, hot dogs, and lots & lots of people. It looks different when you see it empty. (We highly recommend going to a game too! Make Cheeky Monkey your pre or post game destination).

Ride The Boston Swan Boats:

The Swan Boats made their seasonal debut in April, and glide their way across the lagoon in The Public Garden until about September. On a beautiful, sunny spring day, it’s a must do!

Last but definitely not least…

Visit us at Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co:

We’d love for you to enjoy all those fun things in the city this spring, but don’t forget about us on Lansdowne Street. Enjoy our house brewed craft beer, bites & games! Plus, join us on our patio while we bask in the warm weather, and enjoy a brew, or two.
